Our 16 x 16 x 1 Air Filter is designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. With a 95% & 99.97% efficiency available, it is perfect for either residential or commercial use. Utilizing corrugated aluminum media separators, each filter is constructed of one continuous sheet of high-strength waterproof glass microfiber paper sealed to the frame on all four edges. This ensures that air passes through with minimal resistance from the pleats. Furthermore, our filters come with standard fire retardant rubber bade adhesive and/or urethane sealants that are applied as fluid and solid for a positive seal between the media pack and frame – ensuring optimum performance while mitigating the risk of leaks or any unintended loss of air pressure. Metal or particle board frames are available in sizes ranging from 5 7/8″ to 11 ½” depths, allowing you to customize your purchase exactly to your buying needs. All standard HEPA filters also come equipped with an additional closed-cell neoprene gasket placed on the downstream side of the filter unless otherwise specified upon purchase order.
