Its non-synchronous jaw motion allows for flexible gripping of off-center components. The RPL-4 features a lightweight aluminum body with hard-coat anodizing and Teflon impregnation for durability and smooth operation. Preloaded “Dual-V” roller bearings eliminate side play, ensuring exceptional repeatability of ±0.001 inches.

This gripper supports finger lengths up to 5 inches and operates within a pressure range of 5–100 psi. It includes a purge port to block contaminants and a scavenge port to prevent grease from escaping into the work environment. The RPL-4 is internally lubricated and built for long service life, making it ideal for high-cycle industrial use.
