Product Returns


You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to 30 days from date of invoice. An RMA number and proof of purchase from Kinequip is required for all returns.

Returns after 30 days.  You can also return product for up to 90 days from date of invoice provided that product is in its original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition.  An RMA number and proof of purchase from Kinequip is required in all instances.  Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges.

 Non-Returnable Products. These products include:

  • Custom items
  • Product assemblies or kits
  • Items Marked “Non-Cancellable” and/or “Non-Returnable”

 Returns Process. If you need to return an item you can contact Customer Care directly to request a RMA number. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.  When returning a product, please do the following:

  • Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
  • Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
  • Ship the package to the branch where the item was shipped from.
  • Please prepay shipping – Kinequip does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).

Kinequip Cancellation Instructions. Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
