Kinequip, Inc. ,an established distributor of automation, electrical products, fluid power products and manufacturer of specialty lighting products, with an offices in Belmont & Charlotte, NC has an immediate opening on its Production Logistics team.

This position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who is very detail oriented and looking for a opportunity with room to grow in long standing company.

The initial focus of this position will cover all elements of Production Logistics including Kit building, material management, distribution, product management, and shipping.

Basic Qualifications include:

Using Experience using Windows 10 based software with the ability to accurately receive inbound shipments and process outbound product on sales orders using our internal database which communicates with USPS, UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager and Starship. Have the ability to frequently lift 30 lbs and occasionally lift 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keeping accurate/detailed records of all products shipped and received
• Must be able to work 1st shift (and overtime as required)
• Perform related duties as required by supervisor
• Pull, verify and pack product kits
• Coordinate freight logistics and prepare BOL’s for product movement across multiple locations
• Create shipping labels and shipping documents
• Ensure that all orders have been filled correctly
• Maintain Inventory counts
• Keep the shipping and warehouse area clean and orderly

Additional Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and organization required
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a team or independently as required
• Good Problem Solving skills
• Knowledge in supply chain management
• Valid NC driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Experience operating a forklift
• Previous electronic assembly experience a plus
